Pool Facility at CCA

Our school takes great pride in providing our students with a diverse and engaging range of extracurricular activities. In addition to our comprehensive academic programs, we offer sports, music, capoeira, Arts and crafts, Science experiments and community service opportunities to cater to all interests and talents. Our students also have access to an exceptional on-campus swimming pool facility, complete with state-of-the-art safety and hygiene systems. This swimming pool offers a perfect place for students to unwind and engage in both swim classes and recreational activities during after-school time. We firmly believe that these extracurricular activities are essential for the holistic growth and development of our students, enabling them to develop into well-rounded and versatile individuals who can excel in any environment.

It is our pleasure to welcome you to Crown City Academy (CCA). We are a successful, independent school in the beautiful Island of Zanzibar that welcomes students from any and all nationalities. We are a small school, but fortunate to have students from all over the world; currently boasting 10 different countries and a 60% to 40% international to Tanzanian ratio.

Our school is a happy place with a strong family atmosphere, where friendship matters and where staff and pupils have a mutual respect for each other.

CCA is a vibrant learning community where each individual is highly valued and their unique contribution to the school is celebrated. Our approach to pastoral care is based on courtesy, consideration for others, and finding the right balance of support and challenge. The nurturing environment at CCA and our focus on ensuring pupils are happy and cared for well means that our students go on to achieve great results in further learning.
