Dear New Crown City Academy Parent and Student,

We are pleased to have you join us in September 2020-2021.  We have organized a new student orientation.  Below are some of the things you can expect from a new student orientation. Please see the attached.  New student orientation is also a good time to turn in or fill out residual application forms and retrieve uniforms.

New Student Orientation
The goals and objectives of New Student Orientation are:
-creates an atmosphere that minimizes anxiety, promotes positive attitudes, and stimulates an excitement for learning;
-provides a welcoming atmosphere for students and families to meet staff/ teachers;
-provides the families of new students comprehensive information
about the academic and student service resources and programs.

The learning outcomes derived from the goals and objectives are:
-students will be introduced to school services that will support their educational and personal goals;
-students will become familiar with the campus environment;
-students will feel confident and excited about their decision to attend CCA
-families will gain comprehensive information on campus resources available to them and their student(s).
