Happy Father’s Day to all our families. We hope you enjoyed a beautiful Sunday with your loved ones. It is now the last few weeks of school and there is a lot going on school grounds and behind the scenes. One of the main things we are preparing for is graduation. As mentioned previously there are portions of the day where students and teachers practice different acts for the graduation. Some of the practice occurs in classrooms and other practice occurs with mixed class groups. We want have asked all students if they want to participate in the practice. Some have said yes and others would rather not participate. Graduation activities are voluntary; however, we are pleased to have students who are excited about the day. We do encourage all students to play a role in the ceremony, but the decision is ultimately theirs if they will or not.
Please check the bags of your child Monday if you are not handed an envelope in person. We are sending home permission slips for the end-of-year field trips. Additionally, we are sending home invitations for graduation with an RSVP date of June 30th. This date is extremely important because it will allow us to finalize the catered food, seats, keepsakes. Please don’t delay in sending your RSVP.
Recently we sent home invoices for the upcoming school year. It is very important we know how many students are returning so that preparations for books, uniforms etc. are made earlier during the school holiday. Please contact via Whatsapp, email, in person, or on the school phone if you need to discuss your invoice.
