At Crown City Academy we nurture talent and wisdom academically and through social, cognitive, and emotional intelligence or EQ. We believe that all children are born with various talents that are unique to each individual. It is our duty as educators to guide and help uncover the talents of our student body.
Our students are diverse in the talents they possess. They are knowledge seekers and curious critical thinkers. Our students are motivated intrinsically to reach academic and social goals. They are problem solvers and have the ability to reason through and apply knowledge to any given situation by way of utilizing resources of the 21st century.
Our educators focus on the entire experience of cultivating a child’s intelligence. We focus on skills and intelligence to bridge the gap of academic performance and behavior in order to become high-functioning global citizens. At Crown City Academy our educators know that intelligence is a threshold for competency, however, intelligence alone does not make you a star. We guide students to learn the skills needed to have self and social awareness, where they develop skills to be empathic, self-confident, optimistic, work collaboratively, maintain self-control with an end result of achievement.
