Happy weekend and wishing you the best Maulid Al-Nabi Mubarak Day. We are at our midterm mark of term 1. We recently finished the main construction of the campus swimming pool. What remains are minor fixings and a safety fence to put around the pool. We are currently organizing with a swim teacher to provide lessons 1-2 times a week in the after-school activities sessions. We are aware that some schools around Zanzibar have students swim in any kind of weather. We do not subscribe to this practice. If the weather is not conducive to swimming outdoors, we will not swim. Fortunately, in Zanzibar, the weather is usually swimming weather almost year-round. We look forward to providing more information and details regarding swimming shortly.

Lunch Menu
Monday: break fruits melody, lemongrass chai; lunch rice and mixed veggies;
Tuesday: break fruits and pancakes, lemongrass chai with cinnamon; lunch couscous and chicken with veggies;
Wednesday: break fruits andazi, lemongrass chai; lunch chapati and fruit slices;
Thursday: break fruits, toast, lemongrass chai; lunch potato wedges and veggie sticks.
Friday: break fruit melody and biscuits, lemongrass chai with cinnamon; rice, and biriyani
