CCA Sponsorship Package
In general, the families of some of our students have almost no money available to invest in the education of their children. These children/students need a lot of financial and educational support in order to have a “fair” chance to successfully finish school. Therefore, we have provided a full sponsorship package that comprises sufficient services. The full sponsorship package costs USD 235 a month or 2,820 USD annually to cover tuition, uniform, etc. The sponsorship package comprises the following:

• Payment of school fees
• Payment for field trips
• Payment for after school activities
• Payment for learning support
• Payment for textbooks
• Payment for school supplies
• Payment for uniforms
• Payment for school shoes
• Camp during term breaks
• Support of student (24/7 contact person), support meetings
• Project management and reporting to donors (regular update reports and additional communication on request)

How it works: The Sponsorship Process
If you are interested in sponsoring a child at Crown City Academy, please visit the following website ccazanzibar.com or send us a message to partnership@ccazanzibar.com. Please note that we expect at least a four-year commitment from all our sponsors to ensure the child’s completion of primary level. If at any point you do not wish to renew your sponsorship, we request that you give us at least three months’ notice so that we can attempt to find a new sponsor for your child.
After you have sent a request, the Director of Community Relations will confirm your interest in sponsoring a child and will instruct you with further information.
Please make your first payment as a new sponsor! Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer, Paypal, cash. For all payments please email partnership@ccazanzibar.com
You can choose a payment schedule of your convenience (monthly, quarter yearly or annually). If you prefer you may also pay for all four years of secondary school at once.
After your payment is received, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail and inform the respective child that you are their sponsor!
You will receive frequent updates from the Community Relations office by e-mail and is always available to answer your questions. Please let her know if you wish to have direct contact with the student if you wish to exchange letters or to make a personal visit.
